CJSC Istok suggested amending a city council’s bill stipulating wastewater standards. It turned out that spilling a clean drinking water to a sewerage might turn out into hefty penalties due to underrated chemical composition standards of wastewater. That makes no sense and thus Istok specialist submitted a detailed analysis proving that these standards should be revised.
